Base of landing gear housing. Styrene attached to 1/16" balsa. Will fabricate side panels of 1/16" curves and 3/32" straights covered with light styrene. Balsa will provide means of attaching the 1/32" bottom skin of wing. At least that's the plan.

There was a separate hall for FF and they had a building area for the kids to assemble some rubber power models and fly them. Jimmy and Katarina had a blast. We spent about 2 1/2 hours in there! Katarina won two 1sts in mass launches and Jimmy one 2nd place (due to aircraft breakage right before the call for a "Mass Launch").
