I am using the white domestic tissue that came with the kit. Since I built this per the plans I figure Esaki would warp this thing in all directions. I am also covering dry since the tissue is a little older, but wet would be a good option. I am using 50/50 Elmers/water to attach the tissue. After it was all said and done, everything came out nice and tight with no wrinkles or warps. Now I am off for a weeks vacation and I am heading out of town. When I come back I will apply 2 coats of dope and begin painting. The other day someone on EBay was selling Comet kits still wrapped in the shrink wrap for 10 -15 bucks each so I bought them. |
