Center nacelle and the wing were the only part of plane to survive attack by my kids. I salvaged the plastic parts of the wreckage and started over from scratch on the booms. I still need to buy balsa to re build the tail feathers.

Creosotewind, one could clamp (or glue) two single edge razors together and use to score (cut) the panel lines. Dig out the middle. This was in aircraft birch ply. Net groove width: .010" ; the width of the blade. Space it for wider lines.
