| With the cockpit patterns glued down it was a simple and easy task to cut around the patterns with a new sharp #11 blade to cut out the openings, after which I used a rolled up piece of fine sand paper to cleaan the edges. It went smoother than I thought |

| The fuselage has been papered and has had the cockpit openening patterns cut from the plans and glued in place with the same diluted white glue I used for papering. |

| The fuselage is assembled and finished with several coats of sanding sealer and is now ready for papering. This will be the first time I have papered over large sections of wood. |
