I drew the lines with the wing off the plane. If the plane did not come apart, drawing the panel lines would be very difficult.

A fine point silver grey paint pen and an assortment of plastic rulers got the top wing finished.

The old decals, though slightly damaged, work. I had to modify the F4 stars to match an F5. Started panel lines.
