Top of fuse. Though you use 3/32" to skin, I'm testing the sanding/shaping with 1/16" to check for smoothness of outline of stringer/former assembly.

With a little work the kit could have easily been turned a big tailed 190D. I hope the manufacturer comes out with more subjects like the Fw 190D and th Reggiane which I intend to build.
