| Getting in the spirit for my next build. I live in Coventry in the middle of England and the spitfire plant in Castle Bromwich (now a jaguar plant) where 12,000 spits were built along with about 300 Lancasters is still there and only about 20 minutes drive from my house. This sculpture is outside. Not the best photo but its still an importnat part of the areas history. |

| Finishing the framework, just need to do some sanding on the fuselage. I am using the original wood for this one. I will maybe build another one of these with new wood. I had one about 35 years ago and it was a decent flyer. |

| I have everything covered and doped. Made my own decals from the Comet plans and will finish next week. |
