Construction has started. New process as there are no plans. From what I can gather the bottom of the wings, shown here, act as a plan. The wing formers get attached to the lower wing surface shown here. I need building supplies as this is a "short kit!"

All of the display aircraft were flown by the 23 Fighter Group, the direct descendent of Gen Chennault's AVG in China. The 23rd was based at EAFB from 1972 to 1992.

Well, Santa Claus came and brough me some upgrades to the man cave! A Dremel "work stand", I now have a drill press on my work table. A magnifying light is SO much better! I also now have a Jones Balsa stripper...what a cool tool! And Santa brought me Bill Hannan's book "Peanut Power"...I'm stocked and stoked for the winter building!!!
