| rayl | 27-Feb-15 11:01 | | Man, that's a lot of lumber. Got a color scheme chosen yet? |
| julinick | 27-Feb-15 11:17 | | That's awesome Don. You can see the light at the end of the tunnel!!!

| Don C | 28-Feb-15 00:19 | | Rayl- It's going to be the one my uncle flew to England in '44 - OD over gray. It's all fun, well maybe not infilling. Question for you guys: what do you use to keep the wheels on the LG? |
| rayl | 28-Feb-15 10:08 | | Several options come to mind: If you don't need to have the wheels turn, glue them to the shaft. If you want the wheels to turn: Solder a small washer onto a piece of tubing that fits into your axle, CA that piece into your axle and add a detail piece to the cover up the washer. Are you going to lay some Silkspan over it, ala David, before painting? |
| BriandKilby | 28-Feb-15 10:39 | | I add a little bit of green testors wood/metal glue to the end of the wire, it keeps it in place, but isn't to appealing, but it works. |
| Don C | 28-Feb-15 14:55 | | Thanks for the ideas.
rayl, your idea of the washer is the closest to what I have been trying to figure out. Needs to be almost part of the wheel. Already covered with silkspan and at least 4 coats of dope after. Needs a few more details before paint. |
