The 3/16" sheet is cut to the distance between formers. Most of the spaces between stringers is either 3/16" or close. A few are larger so I'll also use 1/4" wood.

I soaked the bottom stringers in water mixed with some Windex to soften them for the curves.I'm also uising "kicker" with the CA. These are probably the biggest PIA so far.
