After building the Fokker Dr.1 I could not wait to get started on my next design, the Nieuport. I had this all designed and ready to go, then my computer crashed and I only recovered some of my drawings. I had already sent my part sheet off to the cutters, so basically I redrew the design from the parts. Lesson......Back up my files more often. Anyway, today the parts arrived on my door step and within a couple of hours the fuselage is done. It is a basic design and goes together fast using white glue. I had some small hiccups because of the loss of original plans, but nothing major yet. The plastic and metal parts will come from the Great Planes Nieuport. |
