Here is the motor mount. The motor bolts onto the mount with 3 small bolts/nuts. The side members are not supporting the motor at all, they are just for the top cowl to rest on.

This is the nose cowl mount. The plastic nose cowl mounts to the front of this, and then this part is bolted to bottom of the motor mount.
