The fin frame is the same construction as the stabilizer. The rudder is 1/16" balsa center and the ribs are also 1/16". I got this idea from the big Top Flite kits.

The cowlings on the Tigetcat are the same size as the cowling on the Bearcat and these are both 1/24 scale.
