| "The Series II aircraft differed from earlier Series I aircraft mainly in the engine nacelles. To cure the airflow problems around the nacelle it was extended beyond the wing trailing edge. Additionally, the wheel well doors were enlarged and the exhaust system was changed to individual exhaust stacks which were covered by a shroud to hide the exhaust flames for night operations." |
