This is a short kit from Skylake Models of an Art Chester's Jeep. As there is no listing for this model in VA this is the closest category I could find. The build of this 16" rubber powered model is pretty straight forward, but the plans were missing some detail that could have made it easier. I began by building each side of the fuselage frame over the plan, one on top of each other for conformity. Here the sides are joined with cross bracing pieces in typical box construction fasion with bottom stringers added.

Well, Santa Claus came and brough me some upgrades to the man cave! A Dremel "work stand", I now have a drill press on my work table. A magnifying light is SO much better! I also now have a Jones Balsa stripper...what a cool tool! And Santa brought me Bill Hannan's book "Peanut Power"...I'm stocked and stoked for the winter building!!!
