Lay the graphic in place and rub over it with something smooth to seal in place. Peel the film from the graphic. Both the film and the graphic are sticky which is why with tissue covered surfaces you trim close to the graphic to keep the film from pulling up the tissue. On a solid surface, peel away.

These are the models Stephen gave to the Commemorative Air Force. I have pointed out to him that the F-4 in the right rear is my build and the silver one in the front was made by Ted Richards.
